Tuesday Quickie!

The main reason we began this adventure was to provide templates for all the FotoFusers that have had to sit on the sidelines while templates have been provided in every other format possible around the digi-world! So while we LOVE everybody, FotoFusers are our favorites. Each week we will provide two special days of templates ONLY for FotoFusers!! Today is one of those days.

Folded Corners in FotoFusion!!
Sample was created with Marcie Reckinger's Kindness Kit

I mean, comeon! How cool is that? This is a Tuesday Quickie, so the entire layout isn't provided for you, just the corner fold. But of course you can quickly create your own layout around it. The template sizes included in the zip are 12x12, 10x8 and 8.5x11. We can't wait to see what you do with this! Get scrappin'!

Everybody else...stay tuned. Template Thursday is just around the corner and we will have something for EVERYONE! Thank you, everyone, for sticking with us as we iron out the kinks in our template production. We have finally finished our research and figured out what file formats work best for everyone. So from now on our templates will be provided in FF format, PSD and PNG+. We have three sizes, 12x12, 10x8 and 8.5x11. We realize now, TIFF files don't work for everyone as we believed they did. So for today only, here are the PSD files again of that template for those that couldn't use the TIFFs

Be sure to post your links here in the comments or by emailing us at kissed_studio@yahoo.com - Each week two layouts will be chosen at random to receive a gift certificate at our new store. You have until Thursday to post your layouts with the T0001 template, the Greeting Card & Tag templates from Sunday and this folded corner to qualify! Then we'll begin a new week!

Keep the comments and critiques coming! We're learning so much from you and appreciate all of your comments.

Hugs & Kisses
Sonya & Katy

Oh my gosh, a site for FotoFusers. Where have you been? Where have I been? Everyone knows about this place but me. Thank you so much. Would love to see more in the 8.5x11 size. Thanks!

thank you for the template. It is great ! Very clever use of the shadows.

One tip: the angle of the background paper is tilted but by changing the angle to -26.6 it straightened out the pattern for me. I also added a bit of a white color fill to fade the underneath side of the top paper and color adjusted the shadow of the background paper so that the bend was tinted appropriately for my LO. Here is the LO I did using your folded corner technique: http://www.fotoscraps.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=9629

This template is nice and easy to use. I had previously created a folded corner technique (see here: http://www.fotoscraps.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=3815&nocache=1 ) but its nice that your's doesn't require a seperate matte file.

Thanks again

Too cool -- will be looking forward to your Fotofusion templates! Finally a site that addresses the need of the Fotofusion community. I love this program & use is almost exclusively for my scrapbooking pages.

Outstanding use of an optical illusion to create the appearance of a curved fold. Incredibly creative!

Just had to say hello. Received my 1st nl so stopped by to view. So wonderful of you to provide special templates for FF users. It does not include me, but you includes rectangular shapes & that for me is the most important thing. So have a wonderful & sunny day. The sun is shining here in Maryland for a change. See you again.

I was inspired by you use of shadows and created a template for 2 photos in which the lower corner bends up to create a pocket.

You can see the sample LO here: http://www.fotoscraps.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=9630&sort=1&cat=500&page=1

It is available if you would like to host it. (It is created at 8x8 which enables Standard/Essentials users to render/export it within their limitations. For other users it can be renedered/exported at 450 resolution for a 12x12)Template was created in Version 3 and used in V4. There is a metal charm included in the template that I created.

I am not a FF user but I think it's awesome that you two are doing this for those who are so that they don't get left out in the awesome world of templates :) That folded corner is fabulous! Can't wait to see the layouts people do with it!

Well, I finally finished my layout. Took me longer than I thought, but that was only because of the lack of organization of my files. :) The initial layout was a breeze! Can't wait for the next one! Here's where to see it: www.lizacoutu.blogspot.com

Would it be ok to link to your blog?

I love this site. I have never used templates, since I'm a FF user. And I love yours; they are so easy.
I really love the folded corner one, but the link has been expired and I was wondering if there's any chance I could still get it.

my email is: marliesderidder@wanadoo.nl
